Privacy Policy

Data we collect

None. PortScape has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. The app does not connect to the internet to send anything about you or your usage.

Permissions the app uses

PortScape asks for these permissions and uses them only on your device:

• Camera: to capture landscape and portrait shots at the same time.
• Microphone: to record audio with your videos.
• Photos: to save your shots to your Photos library and to show your landscape and portrait pairs in the in-app gallery.

You can change any of these at any time in the iPhone Settings app under PortScape.

What's stored on your device

• The photos and videos you take, saved to your Photos library. They're covered by your own iCloud Photos settings, if you use them.
• A small list that links each portrait photo to its landscape pair, so the gallery can show them together.
• Your settings, such as your chosen frame ratios.

Deleting PortScape removes the list and your settings. Photos already saved to your library stay there until you delete them.

Sharing

When you use the share button, iOS passes the photo or video to the app you choose, such as Messages or Instagram. That app's own privacy policy then applies. PortScape does not share anything by itself.

Children

PortScape collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
